"Ladies please pay attention, my initial check up was 2/10 he did not listen closely to my concerns and brushed off my issues as “normal” which was not the case. He didnt have a pleasant tone of voice either. Then he took forever to send my prescription for me to fill after I asked for something to at least help me because he didn’t want to. Second visit I highlighted the same issues I had the first time and he again brushed it off. He spent less that 5 minutes in the room with me. It’s like I was just a number to him. I left with no clarity again and he did not follow up with my referral or my lab results and this has been 2 weeks! Please get someone who will listen to your concerns because he will minimize your health issues. I wish I had known, please do better than I did."

"HORRIBLE OFFICE. I do not recommend at all. The front staff is very rude. They always for get to put in prescriptions, referrals or orders for anything. This has happened to me on numerous occasions. I even spoke with the staff at St. Luke’s and they admitted that they ALWAYS have issues with Dr. Ubesie’s office and the staff never sending documentation as they are supposed to, leaving patients to fight for themselves. I’ve always been patient and respectful to them but after I was admitted to the hospital because the staff did not put in a prescription on time was my last straw. Whenever I have a telemedicine appointment over the phone I never receive a call and I always have to follow up with them. Take my advice. Any office is better than this office."

"first visit was amazing, my 19 yo found out she was pregnant bc the reviews were so good about staff and doctor I decided to take her here. Everyone was so welcoming that I went on and set me appt. The entire staff including Dr. Ubesie are amazing. I had a few complaints but Dr. Ubesie responded to me within moments on his off day, and corrected the mistakes. This made me very happy. Walking in this office gives a family welcome feel. The entire staff from front desk to the nurses really show they care."

Office assistant and nurses are all very welcoming and helpful and Dr. Ubesie has the experience I was looking for when it came to finding my OBGYN. He also delivered my little brother 11 years ago. So my mom highly recommended him to me and I’m happy I went with him. Everything is straightforward and on point for care with my pregnancy and me developing gestational diabetes during this pregnancy. I highly recommend Dr. Ubesie!"
