"I'm a big fan of the Panda Express in Wentzville. Their food consistently hits the mark, especially the crab rangoon, which has the perfect crab-to-sweetness ratio unlike others. The staff is unfailingly pleasant, and they impressively never miss a detail in my order, setting a standard other local eateries could learn from."

"This hands down has to be the worst location. I ordered food via their app 9/14 at 7:11pm. Showed up at 7:29pm to pick it up. They told me they were out of what I ordered and would not be making anymore for the night, even though they weren’t closing for another hour and a half. They casually said just pick another entree and told them no i have dietary restrictions. If you are out of something you should call the customer and tell them before they waste their time driving to your location. Don’t just presume your customer will want something else. I asked for my money back and then had to wait 10 minutes for the cashier to figure out how to do a refund. Not once was any apology offered. 2 weeks ago the same location gave me a small alacarte box instead of the medium I payed for. Again no apologies offered. This location and management very much gives off I don’t care vibes and I will no longer be going back to it ever again."

"We had to wait 7 minutes for the noodles, then went down the line and had to wait another 20 minutes for the teriyaki chicken. And the manager did not apologize or say anything, stayed in the back. There were several others that were disappointed along with drive thru customers that also left. Know they had to lose alot of money's on that day. Bad management skills. This store is in Wentzville Missouri.."
