"What a horrible place!!! It was my first doctor visit being pregnant , doctor rushed through my visit. They offered me if I wanted to know the gender of the baby and said they will have the results in 2 weeks , almost a month later they never summited the lab. I’ve been calling weekly to see if they got my results and they kept telling me to call back. When my blood work came in they gave me false results and sent me false medications. I will never return and do not recommend anyone to go here , poor communications and poor customer service."
"Now I am not one to write reviews and I am sure a lot of people say that but I can literally count on one hand how many times I have gone online to write a review. Well on October 28th I went to the Piney Point Women’s Center for a procedure and I cannot begin to say how wonderful the staff was. Everyone was so kind helpful and made me feel at ease with what was going to happen. They went above and beyond what was needed and asked of them. Everyone was so professional, very personable and so helpful. At one point I was so nervous my blood pressure started to rise but my nurse Rachel help to calm me down by just talking to me and giving me a moment by myself to just breathe, which helped tremendously. My anesthesiologist Douglas was great when it came to putting in the IV, since I am the biggest baby when it comes to needles, then there was Liz who helped me into the OR and saw that I was getting scared and help to keep me calm and made sure I was completely comfortable the entire time, and I cannot forget Christy she was the one who helped watch over me as I came out of the anesthesia and keep me smiling the whole time, until it was time to go home. They were the best staff any patient can ask for and I can’t leave out my Doctor, Dr. Cook who once I found out he was doing the procedure I nearly started cry I was so happy. I want to give one BIG THANK YOU to everyone and to say Y’ALL ARE THE BEST!!!!"
"HORRIBLE! I was visiting Piney Point Women's Center for my first pregnancy and thought it was a great decision and I was very wrong. I was scheduled to go every 2 weeks due to me being very early in pregnancy. The first ultrasound was not measured correctly by Dr. Davis. I knew this immediately because she measured the whole gestational sac and not the yolk sack. Then the next ultrasound we were able to see the heartbeat but when we listened I heard my little bean's heart skipping beats. Dr. Davis said to not worry because "You probably cant hear it clear because you are early." I thought to myself if i am that early why can i hear some beats and not the others. She sent me home with no blood work or anything to see if anything was wrong. Fast forward to a week later......I began to have spotting and I called the "24 hour nurse line" I was giving by the doctor and NOONE answered. I left a voicemail and found a new doctor. After the first visit my new doctor couldn't find the heart beat of the baby which was no surprise because it was skipping beats when we heard it with Dr. Davis. I ended up having a miscarriage, but THANKFULLY my new doctor help me handle it very well. I'm so glad I found her and can't wait to try again with a very attentive and detailed Dr. *At Piney Point I only received a blood draw once at the initial appointment and it wasn't monitored after to make sure everything was progressing smoothly. I urge you to NOT go here."
"Two different times and procedures I had to call for my results. When you ask them for a price they never know the answer. The doctor's are good but the receptionist and M.A.'s don't seem to have much medical knowledge. I don't recommend it, my doctor was only there one day of the week for a few hours. It took me half a month to be called regarding my fertility testing, only to have me come in the following week! 3 weeks is too much to wait for important results."
