"Do not trust this guy Tim. I had him install a new water heater in my house in April 2023. Well when he changed the water heater he did not mentioned that he cut wires from the furnace that was connected to a sensor on the water heater. Come this end of October and when my furnace needed to be turned on. The house filled up with carbon monoxide because of the furnace wires being cut. He almost killed my family! Then I ask him to do the right thing and fix his mistake. He looked at it and told me I needed a whole new set up and it would cost me around $2200. A whole new setup when all he did was changed the water heater incorrectly. I had to hire someone else to fix his mistake.. Do not hire or trust this guy, He takes no accountability and may even put your family in danger."

"Very friendly staff at DHS. Steve was an incredible carpenter who completed a storm door & interior door at an affordable price. Once the date was set up, he came and installed both doors without a hitch. A few weeks later our hot water heater started to leak. I called Tim from DHS and he was able to install the water heater & replace a faucet in my powder room. He stated that it would be about a 1/2 of a days work. We picked up the water heater & moved it to the basement to help Tim out. He arrived to do the water heater and the faucet the next day, which we were grateful for. However, he completed the water heater job and faucet in an hour and a half and charged me $870 for labor. We were happy with the work and the job once completed; however, I was a little taken aback by the price since it did not take him near as long to complete. I contacted DHS about it, and he graciously responded. Unfortunately these prices are “not affordable” & We just can’t afford to use their services anymore."

"I used Tim twice in the last couple of months. Once was to do a sewer dig up and install an access line and root cleanup from my sewer, the second was to do a complete change of the kitchen sink pipes and kitchen tube that leads to sewer was galvanized and needed replacement. Tim was thorough, timely, and very professional. I thought his services were very fairly priced. Would definitely recommend."
