"This review is for the FRONT STAFF. Read below comments to see, I am not the only customer with this bad experience! - Lady #1 (sitting by the coffee machine): Poor customer service! Many times during my pregnancy, when my Husband came to ask questions, the front desk Lady often showed attitude and raising her voice because she had many patients behind me. I can see her face was like annoying with our questions on insurance coverage! - Lady #2: (the Office Manager ) Terribly rude! Today I had an appointment at 9:30am, which I already confirmed previously. When I came at 9:29, the front desk Lady, who is also the Office Manager, told me I had 2 appointments: 9am and 9:30am, and because I was late for the 9am one, they were unable to see me for the 9:30 ! I showed her the only message I received for the 9am, she said “I don’t want to argue with you. Our system indicates we sent you the 9am appointment, I will schedule another day for you”! Though this fault is on me (I only checked the last message I received and never paid attention that there were back to back appointments on the same day, which were scheduled 3-4 months ago) , she was so rude that she cut me off mid sentences and did not allow me to speak further! Whoever’s fault it is, this is very rude and unprofessional! I am a paying customer, I am not here for pity! I like Dr. Pham and I recommended him to my Family, and 2 of them are now your Customers - your patients! But, you have lost me as your Customer because of the front office! Thanks!"

"The front desk ladies was really rudely “Ali and Mary”. When come in to the office they always ask you to wait even those no one in front of you. When you check out even more difficult. When try to schedule for the next 4 month visit. We asked to get the day we want to schedule, they respond with a different days. When I the “husband” confront them they was wrong they said they only speak with the patience. What am I doing there? Ali is claim to be manager really rude have zero customer experience. Most of the time NOT friendly when asking questions. Unprofessional. Not sure how they earn the job! I would give ZERO STAR if there is an option. SUPER INEXPERIENCED and RUDE STAFF. Especially front desk receptionists. Because they work there they want to tell you what to do instead listen to you what you have to say. The Doctor and Nurse are highly recommended. They are happy answer the questions when asked."

"I have had my first child with Dr. Pham. So glad I chose to go with him. He speaks excellent Vietnamese, explains everything carefully, is friendly and patient. His team is great too, every one is friendly and professional. I had a pretty easy labor then a beautiful and healthy baby girl thanks to him. Highly recommend especially for Vietnamese!"

"Dr Chuong Pham is the best of the best. I have surgery done by him this morning and everything is great. I just found him after I have many problems with my old GYN doctor. Dr Pham and his staff solved my problems very fast, in 2 weeks while other doctor could not solve in 9 months. I'm very appreciated him and his staffs, all nice, kind people. Highly recommend him to everyone."
