"Called about replacing my pump and was given tons of helpful info and contacts to replace the impeller for much less. Not often you find a place that's not trying to sell you things you don't need and gives you leads. I will certainly use them in the future."
"We’ve had our pool for 3 years and solid problems with a large pool chemical store for 2 years. This last year we found 365 Pool and they only sell you the necessary chemicals to keep you’re pool crystal clear. Save yourself time and money by using Pool 365. Not to mention the headaches that pools bring during 105* temps. We had a goldish algae problem and cloudy water, he said “no it’s not just you’re pool, many are suffering the same thing here in SA”. Just do this….. We had it back in control in 2 days."
"I have been 2x, happy to find this place, John is usually busy at this time of year and I am sure he had what I needed. I just wait and go when it's my turn. The owner is courteous and have found him to be full of knowledge. Thanks John."
"Super rude on the phone. Calling to ask about 1 inch chlorine tablets. Was annoyed I called. I asked how much they were, and he rudely told me "I don't know. I've got a store full of customers." Sorry. Thought that was a good problem to have. Guess you don't want business. You'll never get mine. Well. In response to your reply… 1. You were rude. I didn’t just imagine that. Incredibly annoyed you were busy. Which is baffling to me for a business. 2. You never called back. It was pure lip service. Never asked for my name or number. Even if you had it from the caller ID, someone who had the least concern for a customer would have verified it. You are rude. And your ego pours out in all your responses to people. Doubt you’ll be in business long."
