"I am so thankful for Dr. Tam Tam and his staff. I was sent to MFM for advanced maternal age (40), marginal cord insertion, chronic hypertension, fibroid, and baby was found to have an echogenic focus. I received an anatomy scan and 2 growth scans. My husband and I loved our talks with Dr. Tam Tam after the ultrasound because he was very clear, calm, and detailed. We always left feeling well informed and he offered extra testing such as an amniocentesis but did not push anything. He explained options but let us make the decisions. He worked well with my provider and both had the plan to do weekly monitoring starting at 32 weeks and to deliver me at 37 weeks once I was started on BP meds. We delivered a healthy baby boy at 37 weeks. I was worried about being a high risk pregnancy and going to MFM but I am actually thankful for the extra testing and monitoring. The staff was always very nice and the US tech always tried to get nice pictures for us when my son cooperated. I would definitely recommend Dr. Tam Tam."

"During my pregnancy, I was told that my baby might be 2 weeks behind in the cerebral area. While other doctors were scaring me, Dr. Tam Tam told me that there was no problem in the brain, that the monthly development and brain structure were very good, that I should not stress in vain, and that the first measurement of the pregnancy was probably wrong, and that the baby might actually be 1 week younger. He gave me detailed information on all my questions and calmed me down. And my baby was born prematurely, it was said that he was born at 37 weeks, but when the hospital measurements were taken and his weight was lower than expected, it was said that he was born at 36 weeks. "Highly disappointed at the unprofessional behavior of Dr. Tam Tam. As a Healthcare professional myself, a physician is there to provide information based on scans, lab work, and physical exam to a patient and provide options on management. A physician should never force their personal opinion on a patient, speak offensively, or falsify a report on the visit. While termination may be an option for management of some high risk pregnancies, a physician should also not push this on a patient. A physician should also not push irrelevant statistics on a patient to scare them. As a first time pregnant patient, I left this office devastated about information presented, but not explained, with no management discussed. Please be aware."
