"Giving a 1 because the staff is great but Dr Schmidt is not a very caring at all. I had been to the office a few times but the last two were because of my concerns with perimenopause symptoms. Labs are done all “looks good”, months go by and it’s gotten worse. I go in, she sits down looking annoyed with me, barely listening or seemed unconcerned, & less than 5 min later she was pushing me out the door with a prescription for birth control that has a high risk for worsening migraines. My chart says migraines. I’m so disappointed that a Dr who is supposed to specialize in women’s health could actually care less about women’s health. The yrs leading up to actual menopause can be debilitating for a lot of women and to know that the Dr’s who went into this profession don’t care makes it all the worse."

"I have been a patient of Dr. Schmidt over 15 year. She is not only a skilled physician but very caring and personable. I had 2 premature births and I credit Dr. Schmidt to the delivery of 2 healthy babies."

"Please read these negative reviews and listen to them. Unless you are a doctor yourself and you have absolutely no questions at all about pregnancy, do not see this doctor. She does not care about you and she does not care about the baby she delivers. She will forget who you are and she will not listen to you. Your questions will annoy her. She has a lot of patients and she just wants to get you out of her office and deliver your baby as fast as possible. Her bedside manner is non-existent. Your baby will most likely be in the NICU and she will not explain why or even check on you after she delivers your baby. Save yourself a lot of anxiety, money, and heartache and don’t see this doctor."

"First time at an OBGYN, and it was the worst experience. Dr Schmidt Rushed the whole appointment. Did not look at my ultrasound results I sent in that showed I have polycystic ovaries. Did not have ANY tests done, just asked “oh do you want birth control?”. When I asked why would I need it , I was told “ IF you have pcos then it could help”. I’m here to BE DIAGNOSED with pcos. Why would I know how to treat something I have no knowledge on? Told her it was my first ever Pap smear and she did not walk me through anything. In silence she did what she did and said “okay, we are done you can get changed”. I maybe spoke to the doctor no more than 3 minutes IN TOTAL, from the time she entered to the time she left. Horrible experience, I will never be back."

"Her staff is very kind and friendly, they makes me feel very comfortable there bc I just move in the state. However, Dr. Schmidt is alway rushing every appointment that I had with her so far. I dont mention about the wait bc I understand sometime you got busy but I will be luckily if I would see her 2 mins each visit. I have to prepare my questions, take note and ask her as soon as she walked in, otherwise she will be done in 30s. She never have time to ask if you have any questions. It made me worry that how delivery gonna be."
