"Last year we enjoyed working with Alex, but so far this year there is a rude young man there. He refused to sell me a product because I didn’t bring in a water sample. Went up the road to the other store in Watauga and he was very pleasant and sold me what I needed. Lost my business at that store now."

"Poor service. Been to several stores in the area. This is the only one that was difficult to just get a sample. He said my handwriting wasn’t legible. The number was on the bottle. He didn’t want to work today."

"Prices are too high, and not sure I trust their service department. This last time I used them I was quoted $87.23 for repair of three items on my pool cleaner. Told them to do only 2 of the repairs, not the third item, as it was repaired by them last year and was still working fine. When they called to say it was ready they told me on the phone they repaired something that wasn't even a part of my original quote. When I picked up the cleaner the service bill was still the exact same amount ($87.23), and the third item was not replaced (nor the other thing mentioned on the phone). When I inquired 'why no reduction in price' there explanation was not convincing. This is not the first time something like this has happened. I personally will not choose Leslie's again unless there is no other choice."

"Turned in my Polaris to be worked on, on a Monday when the store opened, as of Wednesday afternoon still no call back. I called them and the employee told me he has not looked at it yet. He is the only one at the store and he will get to it when he can. Pretty much a yeah "whatever attitude". I will give them until the end of the day and then go get it and do the repair myself, It's not that complicated. It appears the store is not only understaffed but the staff is not to concerned about it. Really disappointed, I have gone there in the past and they seemed to be more engaged and on it. Hired hand verses owner mentality. Again really disappointed."
