"One star is only because there is not a below zero this by far was the absolute worst representation of a city I've ever seen the park itself was nice and decent it was only the Community Center and it's Representatives that were extremely rude to me and my wife and all my guests that attended the baby shower the air was cut off and we were threatened with the presence of police before our time was even up! I paid full price received 1/4 (maybe)of what we paid for. 2 employees walked into the middle of the wrong giving instructions for people to leave waving a contract and was very rude to my wife and family and then She called the police!! They came! baby shower raid?!?! Wow Watuga Texas!! It has to be the employees we encountered 3/7/23, There is recorded footage of all of this. I did not receive AIR, RESPECT OF PRIVACY, and me and my family were THREATENED WITH POLICE PRESENCE. IT'S UNEXCEPTABLE and Embarrassing for your town. Please somehow make a change in staff that will treat paying and respectful Customers accordingly. (See follow up with 2WIMC )"
