"We are very happy with our purchase! Marie was very helpful in picking out our play set by listening to what we were saying rather than trying to sell us what she wanted us to buy. It was also nice that they allowed our son to play on the displayed playgrounds, he had a blast! The gentleman who installed it was very kind and worked efficiently and our son was able to see it when he got home from daycare and was super excited! Setting up install day/time was easy and they were on time with their appointment. Thank you Tree Frogs for helping us!"

"Super disappointed with our purchase. During Covid-19 pandemic we purchased a set from the Keller lot. Marie advised us that it had been a demo set on the lot and she reduced the price for us by 15% which felt like a great deal. We paid $1750 for the set and when it arrived it was very weathered. I emailed Marie about reimbursing us for the cost of some stain so that we could improve the appearance. She never responded. People think we are crazy for spending $1750 on the set we bought. It is sturdy, but looks awful. Very disappointed that she charged us so much for the set and that she was unresponsive about making it right."

We went to the Keller location, and we loved that you could take a look at everything and test everything out in their showroom, We were incredibly happy with the level of service we received - Marie was amazing! Very informative, personable - she made us feel comfortable from the get go. We had Francisco and Lorenzo come out to deliver and assemble within the week - incredibly impressed with the work! They were friendly, hard working and they inspected everything when they were done. Would highly recommend Treefrog!"

"I searched high and low both online and throughout the DFW for a quality swing set with quick installation while staying within a very modest budget. Tree Frogs literally saved my sons' 3rd & 5th birthday party by delivering just that. A brilliant Black Friday sale kept me within our budget and the installation price was incredibly low. Additionally, Maria with the Keller office was so helpful, courteous, and patient - ensuring that the set was installed almost right away. ALSO the installation crew was amazing. Gabriel gave me all the info that I needed in advance, and then the installers were wonderful. They had the set build in less than 5 hours, they too were courteous and professional and all around awesome. I can't say enough good things here. I'm so glad I found Tree Frogs and I am sincerely thankful for their help in making my sons' birthday memorable!!!"

"Very Impressed with the High Level Of Customer Service. I researched many different playsets. Both online and in traditional local locations. Nowhere else did I receive the level of Customer service that I got from Tree Frog. From my initial contact with Jessica(one of there Customer Service rep's) through deciding on the set for my son,ordering, shipping and follow-up after delivery. Since they didn't have an installer in my area I found my own installer. He had never installed a Tree Frog set although he has installed 5,000+ sets. Even this experienced installer was impressed with the level of quality of the Tree Frog set. He told me most of the manufactures use thinner wood even on the wood roof the shack slats are thicker. We had a couple of questions during the installation and called Jessica. She was able to get us answers in a matter of minutes(not days). Our son Love's his new Tree Frog set and I'm sure he will for years to come."
