Go here and listen to Yoda behind the pine give you your goal insights and recommendations. I hung on his every word and I have been doing this for over 2 decades. They have everything from beginner to hardcore, and the prices compete with online sources. It's tucked back and you will have to Google it, but well worth the find. I would recommend this store to anyone with any type of fitness goals looking to find a little edge in their journey. The staff is well-versed and the selection is great. I've scoured all of DFW for a great on-site resource and this one is by far the most superior and it doesn't even come close."
