"Horrible. Please be aware that when you place an order in the store and place your child's number on the order form, even though they don't tell you - if there is any discrepancy between your order and your coach's roster that your child will be stuck with it. There is no courtesy call if there is a discrepancy either. No benefit of the doubt that there has been any human error. They just print them and you are left to deal with it. The blank on the form that asks for your child's number is merely decoration. If you confirm with the business representative who gladly takes your money - well, that doesn't matter either. Nope, you the parent, who pays for it, will be out of luck. So you reach out to the business who rarely answers their phone and states in their message it is best to email them and their resolution is: they will offer to split the cost of NEW uniforms so you pay 50% more than everyone else to get the product you ordered in the first place.... OH! And the uniforms won't be ready until there are only 2 tournaments left in the season. Absolute lack of business integrity."
