Immersive Gamebox - Oak Brook

"Very fun and interactive time. It’s a great activity for all ages to go with a group. There’s many games to choose from for both family, children, and adults. The staff is very helpful and welcoming. My group did the Squid Game immersive experience which was about 60 minutes. It was challenging but very fun! There are lockers to put your personal belongings in while you are in the room. Would recommend. Will definitely come back again to try a different game."

"Boy oh boy!!! What a fun experience for the entire family! My boys absolutely loved it. Parking was easy and great at the Oak Brook Mall. They have lockers where you can store your jackets and valuables while you enjoy a fun time. We picked 30 mins of Angry Birds + 30 mins of Shaun the Sheep. We all had a great time. It was teamwork for the family. We laughed our butts off. Definitely a wonderful time for the entire family. If you are a fan of Angry Birds, definitely give this game a try. Fun for all ages. Adam was so helpful and wonderful and I already gotten tons of friends who wanted to know what this Immersive Gamebox is all about. We really enjoyed this as a family and a great time together and tried something new. We will definitely be back for the other games but today I got 2 hilarious GIFs to take home with me so I get to laugh and remember this experience for a long long time!"

"We went on a Wed night and Immersive Gamebox was very flexible with our check-ins. We were running a little late but it wasn’t busy. They will probably be busier on Fri and Sat. They give you lockers to store your belongings, large enough to fit 2 winter coats. Make sure you grab the locks with the keys attached. We had 4 in our group but you can have up to 6. 4 was just right since the room was a little small. When we first started playing Squid Games, it was a little confusing at first but we got the hang of it. There were 6 games in total, and usually 1 and sometimes 2 people will go at a time. Only one game had everyone together. The games were challenging, fun, and everyone had a great time. You’ll see your final score at the end along with the pot of money earned. You take some pictures for a custom made gif and give the game a rating. Alien aptitude test was loaded up shortly after. This one was a lot more engaging and interactive than Squid Games. They require 2 or more players at a time, one game requires all players. There were a total of 4 games but they were not short. This can also be a good workout since you’re constantly moving if it is your turn. Everyone’s score will be as one, so you’ll have the total score for each game, then it’ll take the average score of all 4 games. I’ll post a picture. You take some pictures for a custom made gif and give the game a rating. The place was very clean. Service was great. She gave us a clear explanation, but she said if we need anything just ask. Drive to Nordstrom. Park in the garage closest to AMC and the food court (You’ll see Jeni’s and Nando’s). You go up to the second floor, turn left where the indoor food court is at, it’s on your left. You’ll know you’re in the right spot when you see Sandbox VR across from it. Enjoy!"

"100% recommend. Had doubts before playing but was really fun. Way beyond my expectation. We of course played squid game and oh my we loved the last game. You should all try. Tarrel was so chill and friendly. Loved him!! And wow even their support team via email is great. They answer so super fast at 4am??? so nice and professional. Tarrel said he played all the games and the casino one was his fav followed by squid game. Gonna try that next"
