"My experience with Christie Garza was amazing, she was extremely informative, nice, and knowledgeable. However I cannot say the same for Dr Zavaleta's front desk/billing staff. They were very rude and not helpful at all. Not sure if it's a communication issue between staff, but I refuse to go back with them still there. I specifically asked for Skyla, they gave me the runaround and kept trying to make me get a new iud, Liletta. I told them I didn't want that, but they refused to order anything else, and ended up hanging up on me because i wouldn't take the new one. I left a voicemail at the Front Desk (telling them i only wanted the Skyla) which they claimed they never received. Yeah, right.. Cathy, the manager that was supposed to be checking up on the issue, never gave me a call back after leaving her a message, no surprise there. Getting hung up on, not answering calls, lying on patients and not assisting with patients' requests is not a good look. Really wish there were better staff members, then I'd be able to give a full 5 stars."
