"I am VERY disappointed with the experience I had at Caring for Women. The front desk staff was great and very kind and the Doctor was super knowledgeable during the visit. What I am upset about is that I had some testing done and medication sent to me with NO explanation. I had called every day for a week for them to tell me, but no one was available. I finally got a call back for them to tell me they couldn't explain my test results over the phone and that only the doctor could explain them and that I needed to schedule an appointment to see the doctor just for her to tell me what the test was and the results. I have NEVER EVER had a doctor make me pay just to talk to me about any test results that were done. I can just google them myself, but they told me not to google them. If the doctor is not available to answer a quick question over the phone or the staff isn't educated enough to do so what is the point of getting testing done with this clinic? I am looking for an OBGYN who actually cares for their patients and not just getting money out of them. I was only sent here due to my insurance changing and I truly liked the doctor I saw. Unfortunately, this office wants to waste my time and take my money for a quick explanation."
