"If I could give them half a star, I would not all the people working here are bad but 90% of them are some of the most saddest people I’ve ever met and it’s not sad in a bad way, but sad in the fact that they have nothing better to do than to be mean to anyone who comes in here they have stink faces, and they treat their customers like Trash I do Instacart so I have to go to a variety of places and never have. I met people that are as mean as the people that work here I’ve been here and I’ve had everything in my cart and I was in the line to check out as soon as the closing time came I had to get out and leave my entire basket there because I apparently could not check out and even just now I walked into get some things for my order that I had and this lady was the most rudest person ever I hate when people treat their customers like this such a sad place, and I will officially be ignoring all orders that come from this store because they are just horrible never coming to Food 4 Less again and I advise you to stay away unless you want to be treated badly"

"Excellent choices and fair prices also good store hours from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Love the Kroger 24 pack of spring water only $3.99, which is often sold out !! Best to call to see if they have it in stock or when they will get it in stock?"

"The prices are reasonable, but since Evanston bag fee came out, the city brought a little fog over the store. Nevertheless, it's a great location to go too. A cashier name Alicia has great customer service skills. All the shoppers like going into her line because she's customer friendly, and really help customers understand the app. Customers like to go to her line because she's so helpful. Keep up the great work Alicia. We need more like you. This store needs it."

"If you want a glimpse at the casual, pseudo-anarchy that always lurks beneath the surface of our society, this is the place. Prices are great, as is selection, but you are guaranteed to see shopping carts abandoned everywhere, items replaced on random shelves, cars parked as if there are no lines to mark spaces, and on and on. 98% of this is the fault of customers whose blithe and blasé attitudes would probably overwhelm the most dedicated of staff. Many of the staff members here are in fact very dedicated, but there's a good number of them who are somewhat more relaxed in their approach. It happens. That said, it's still worth the adventure due to the prices and selection. On top of that, spending $100 a month there can earn you a 10-cent per gallon discount on gas, on top of the fact that the price per gallon is already consistently 10-15 cents lower than the Shell station just two blocks away."
