The staff are well trained and know practically where everything is...you'll pay top dollar, but what you would expect in a downtown hardware store. Don't be too turned off by the checkout since their not the friendliest, but hey, you're not there to make friends...just get what you need and they will definitely have it."
"Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. I come here pretty often and it’s always orderly inside. Usually I can find what I need but occasionally I have to go somewhere else. Not sure why they don’t carry window screen hardware since it’s so small, but they have lots of stuff you might not expect like some wood for crafting etc."
