"Reserved a room online. Guaranteed clean and safe. After driving 10 hours pull in and it is not even off the main road it is set back. It was dark and garbage was in piles everywhere. Had a feeling this room would be as filthy as the outside. Before giving the most rudest and the biggest liar of a receptionist my card. I questioned what would happen if the room was unacceptable. Her very answer was..."these are $50.000.00 rooms of course they are clean." I got my key card and walked into the room and OH MY GOD, THE MOST FILTHIEST, SMELLY, WOULDN'T HAVE MY WORST ENEMY STAY THERE! I promptly went back to the office and told her in no way was that room acceptable. And I wanted a refund immediately, she had blatantly lied and tried to show her pictures of the filth. If she felt it was acceptable her own home must be awful. She denied me a refund and I told me she was going to keep my money and now she wanted me off the property. No offer of another room, she wanted me to leave. I told her I would not leave without my money and phoned the police. They came and of course not much they could do except be witnesses to her denial of giving me another room and also saw the picture. I had a very sick pet with me, who has since passed and I had to find a place and the police guided me to another hotel costing me over $120 and Motel 6 charged me $71.92 for nothing. DO NOT EVEN LOOK AT THIS PLACE. With the driving and my cat dying, and being so exhausted this was the worst experience of my 58 years. I do plan on stopping payment on the charge and I do plan on taking them to civil court. No company as large as Motel 6 should allow an employee to be crazy off the hook as this lady was. Thank God I got pics and the police to witness her behavior.!!!! Again I cannot stress that any and all these pics on the websites are not what this hotel looks like inside and out!! There is garbage in piles everywhere, broken doors, walkways never swept, paint is all damaged and dirty and cracked everywhere. Nothing is clean or in working order. I will post pics showing the yellow dripping down the walls, broken doors, filthy floor, broken lights, nastiest place ever."

"Looks can be deceiving. The outside honestly looks like a no-tell motel. Scary. But the room was surprisingly nice. Pros: good water pressure, very clean, quiet, good location and price. Cons: ac seemed to struggle, towels were thin, bed worn and squeaky."

"This was a very clean and comfortable motel. We stayed overnight while traveling. Motel 6 is always affordable. Little amenities, but that's what keeps the costs down. Perfect for overnight stays when traveling, especially with a dog."
