"Some of the staff is really nice. I used to see Dr. Neville, she no long works there so I checked out Dr.Merritt. Had the worst experience I've ever had with any doctor. She was very rude to me I could tell from the first visit she did not want to see me. Going against my better judgement I decided to keep seeing her. She made me feel very uncomfortable and never had a happy look on her face was always upset. She suggested her office was to far for me, spoke about private things I had discussed with her in the hallway because she forgot to address it in the exam room I felt humiliated by her questioning my reasons for certain testing and kept repeating to me how "we" did not trust each other. She judged me from the moment I walked in that office and could not look at me in my face but rather stare at my tattoos. Save yourself the stress and do not see Dr .Laura Merritt"

"Never had any of the issues that I have seen in the reviews. Been a patient for two years. Dr. Ryan is very professional and to the point when speaking with him. Its how i personally prefer any of my healthcare providers to be. If the office staff is disorganized its not something the doctors can control."

"Having never been to a specialist like this I believe my first experience was about as good as it could go giving the circumstances. however It was still very uncomfortable. The Nursing staff was great, very welcoming and understanding. Upon my second visit things went smooth up until i had to speak with him again. Same monotone "are we done yet" attitude rang out. I get it's not the most exciting job in the world but his demeanor was very careless. Wrote off my symptoms and concerns with a script for oral contraceptives telling me to finish out the pack and come back in 3 months. After 2 weeks random symptoms start occurring and the package says to call my Dr. I call and get a receptionist named Pam with the same attitude. At first she tells me these could be side effects of the pill and my body adjusting. Then says they aren't side effects and I can either stop taking it or finish the script. Rushing me off the phone she was no help at all and once again I felt like my business didn't matter. I understand not every Dr. Is going to be a perfect match. But I'm sitting here with more questions than answers from where we started. This is not how any business should make a client feel."
