"Rude & unprofessional people working the front desks. Parking is impossible we had to park on the 7th floor behind a line of vehicles looking for a parking place. We got there before the appointment had to be rescheduled before 15 mins late. The rude woman who is angry about having to simply answer phones for a career who apparently has one joy in life, making pregnant women high risk pregnant women at that so upset they have a panic attack. So she had to go back and ask if we could be seen even though she stated we made it in time. She took exactly long enough to push it past the “15 min” mark and said oh to bad looks like we have to cancel because you are now over the 15 min mark. So if you enjoy someone going out of their way to make what should be an exciting day of seeing or hearing your baby for the first time the worst day of your nine months of pregnancy go here. It’s sad to because DR. Decker is awesome."

"I have never been to a doctors office and felt like they were less interested in me or any of my concerns. after being in the room for an hour i heard the doctor loudly explaining how many people she had to see and that everyone needed to move faster. she spent about three minutes total in the room I had several questions to which she stated she doesn’t address any of those issues all of which are OB/GYN related. After the exam her MAs forgot me in the room for about 20 minutes I went to the lab to have blood work drawn she never returned around never said hey I’ll be a minute so I left after waiting an additional 5 minutes. i was later charged for labs that I never had drawn. They never called me with any results."

"She helped me deliver my baby 2 years ago and her and her team are great ! Yes sometimes there’s a little line but that should just tell you how good of a doctor she is, worth the wait. She always makes sure you understand and explains everything. She does have sometimes male students but she always asked me if I felt comfortable with him being there before she even brought him in. She’s an excellent doctor and I wouldn’t go anywhere else !"

"Please think twice before going to this doctor. Her wait times are incredible. On the first visit, I waited 2 and a half hours. Then, she has a male student training with her. I did not feel uncomfortable with this, but some women might. I think she ordered a test that was not needed. I am not happy with my discomfort level or lack an explanation on the process."

"I honestly wish I could rate her higher. She caught an issue with my daughter's pregnancy quickly and took immediate action. I can't express how grateful we are for her and the entire Baylor staff. My grandson was born 6 weeks early yesterday and is doing great."
