"I came in and the place was so clean! A young man greeted me as well, I never experienced that before. The employees on the line seem to know what they were doing, got in and out! Plus the girls on the register made my day with their personalized drawings. I went to the chipotle on golf the other day and my experience there was terrible , this newer chipotle tho redeem my love for chipotle!"

"Terrible service, when I walk in all I see is a kid cleaning the countertop and pushing dropped ingredients back in to the Fresh ingredients. DISGUSTING. I paid for my food and left. I opened it up and there were ingredients in my bowl that I didn’t order…. I threw it out immediately. HARD PASS"

"I’ve been going to chipotle for years and this location is nasty! They are super dirty here , the blonde girl will put food on their dirty counter back into your bowl! I will never return to this location and this isn’t the first time that I’ve noticed them being dirty! When they were across the street it was the same thing and same staff from over there and also manager seems not to care and allows the employees to do what ever they want! You can tell they don’t care or take their job serious."

"Terrible customer service hopefully my food tastes okay. Literally could make a joke that goes something like ... How many dudes does it take to run a tortilla press, apparently 6-8 and even then can barely get the job done. When your own coworkers are asking what you are doing... clearly something wrong. Also cleaning products being sprayed near open food is not a good look for a store just opening and food safety 7 standards. I was excited to be a frequent patron of this new store with the advantage of a Chipotlane but glad I went inside or who would have known what my food would have looked like. I used to love the old Rolling Meadows location this one clearly needs better management. Only two people seemed to know how to work and they were cleaning to prep for close. Huge training and food safety opportunity here. Update - chips were not cooked, they were white not golden. Tacos were just ok."

"Leaving this review because my mom and I were excited to see the new chipotle location and what had changed. Would not recommend wasting your time at this location. Generally found the workers to be wasting time talking to eachother and letting my mom and I stand there for several minutes while 6 teenage boys (I say boys because the one girl they had on staff actually did her job) tried to figure out how to use the tortilla press. Speaking as a former chipotle employee my experience was not up to standard or satisfactory. You don’t bring burnt tortillas to customers. Ever. Trashes were overflowing (visible from outside) so you can bet most of the crew don’t know food safety standards or just choose to mess around on their shifts and not follow them. The cashier couldn’t even say have a good night without being distracted by his coworkers."
