"Very rude and arrogant cashier (02/21; ~1645). Got the order wrong and she had a strong attitude problem. Do not recommend going here in the evenings when this evening shift individual is working."

"This location is slow, they get orders wrong, and do not make even correctly order items well. If you have the time, just go to any other location."

"I have refrained from going to this location after the last awful experience. The customer service here is not great imo. This used to be the only location I would patronize because it is closer to my home. After so many unpleasant experiences from patiently waiting in line on a not so busy day, the store manager proceeded to break the line and half and proceeded to take the customer behind me instead of the next in line. I decided to speak up and the manager proceeded to argue with me all while I'm with my grandchild. I have had other minor issues such as my order not being correct but this was the last time I patronized this location."

"While trying to order the woman taking our order continued to say anything else prior to me even finishing the word coming out of my mouth. I asked for butter pecan flavor 2 times with a response of anything else before I even finished. My husband then said if she said anything else one more time we would leave. She finally acknowledged by saying butter pecan flavor. ANYTHING ELSE. yes. A different restaurant for our coffee and food. We left. Will never return."

"Stopped by the Shell station that shares the building wit Dunkin. Most of Dunkin's business here is coffee served in drive-thru and there was only one employee working so it took me 10 minutes or so to get that Chocolate Glazed donut I saw behind the counter when I was in the lobby area. Actually, the donut was aged and I'm not sure if they make their own or get them from another Dunkin located near by. Not sure how the drive thru coffee is but this is not your average Dunkin's."
