"My 5year old and my 2 year old are having so much of great time in this school.I love their portal where we have a chance to get to know what our little ones are learning and enjoying. My two kids love to have their school time every single day.I believe this is one of the best schools for little ones around Irving."
"This is an amazing school and my daughter loves Excel academy. The teachers are loving , punctual and passionate."
"My daughter was availing day-care services at this facility, and she really liked their activities and also established a special special bond with her Teachers here, they were so caring and disciplined at the same time. We have noticed a lot of development in her. I will definitely recommend it others too."
"I really hate giving bad reviews and initially I didn’t plan on giving this place a bad review because the owner did try to make things better but things continued to go bad so I feel like I need to let others know so everyone else can make a fully informed decision before sending your child/ren here. I signed my 6 year old up for the half day one week science camp about 5 days before the week was to start. On Monday, his first day there, I get a call saying the science class was cancelled due to a lack of enrollment and they asked me what other camp to put him in... disappointing but oh well he chose the chess camp. They said they called Friday to tell me but I never got a call or voicemail (maybe they called the wrong number). I had also signed him up for a field trip to Dave and busters on Wednesday. Wednesday comes around and I get a call at 11ish, saying that my son wasn’t allowed to go because he was in the half day program. I asked why i was allowed to sign him up for it in the first place if he was not allowed to go. The lady on the phone is new and didn’t know the policies of this company so my son was VERY upset about this as I had been getting him hyped for this field trip ALL week and it was a disappointment for everyone. I asked to speak to the owner and she had already left to Dave and Busters. I get a call the next day from the owner and she’s very apologetic and empathetic especially with my sons disappointment of not being able to go to D&B. She offers to take my son to the splash pad the next day with the full day kids and I agree. Well the next day I get a call asking if it was okay for my son to go (I left a voicemail the night before confirming that I was allowing him to go to the splash pad) and I said yes he can go and we hang up. 2 minutes later I get another call asking if my son has all his stuff... I said I don’t know I didn’t drop him off, does he have his bag there? The lady on the phone said she would ask him and we hung up. Then around noon my father (who’s been picking my son up and dropping him off, with the exception of one day when my sister picked him up) got a call and an employee from here asked my dad where my son is?!??!? My dad starts freaking out, telling them he doesn’t know and then they tell my father that my sister picked him up, no she’s at work. Then they said I picked him up... no I’m out of state. They put him on hold and that’s when they found my son... In essence, this place seems very unorganized and I don’t understand how they didn’t know where my son was... I’d still like an answer to that, it seems very concerning they can’t account for the whereabouts of a 6 year old. I’d strongly advise anyone that is considering sending their child to this place to think twice."
"My kid loves this place. Have been to many other places like these. But iXL is best so far. Lisa is a great director - has tons of experience, Stephanie is excellent person and other staffs too.. So far I haven't seen any sad or disappointed face. Their summer program is way far better than any others. You have bunch of options to choose. Clean environment, good food, great staff and management. Good place DOT."
