"I found the doctor and her front desk receptionist dismissive, defensive, argumentative, passive-aggressive, unfriendly, and unkind. Patients have options and choices; seeing those in the healthcare business be so uncaring is disheartening. I, for one, do not plan on returning and do not recommend this office. I deserve better; we all do."

"I love Dr. Jennifer Almonte! She’s the absolute best—kind, compassionate, and has superb bedside manners. Alma and Robbie are rockstars too! All of the staff is friendly! I can feel the culture of joy when I visit :) I’ve been a patient for 5+ years and don’t plan on ever leaving. She delivered our two little precious blessing and has helped me with all of my womanly needs and care after babies. I highly recommend the Biote products, testosterone hormone pellets, and the MonaLisa Touch. My experience with these 3 has been life changing. Thank you, thank you, thank you Dr. Almonte! Yes, sometimes there is a wait time to see her bc she’s so awesome. I think of it as relax time for me while I wait. She has yummy snacks, coffee, and water in the waiting area. :)"

"I would never recommend this GYN to any of my friends or family members. She is extremely unprofessional, passive-aggressive and overall has very poor bedside manner. She does not value patient care as a healthcare professional should. Her office is really quick to bill the insurance and patient, yet she does not take the time to tend to the patient as a prudent physician should using the excuse that she is busy as “I should know” since I am also a healthcare professional. Her office staff apparently also doesn’t bother to relay messages to her as the physician regarding bothersome symptoms that the patient is experiencing. Honestly, she is the worst GYN I have ever had. The fact that she doesn’t take accountability for her mistakes and berating behavior speaks volumes regarding her professionalism."

"Dr. Almonte is nice, however the practice is sketchy. My insurance covered appointments and they tried charging me for all of them, once I reached out to insurance and they reached out they confirmed I had no copay, the billing continued to argue with me for 3 appointments until they finally set me in office just to have my insurance confirm it for the third time. They also ran every test on me possible and when I denied some of the test I was told to leave the practice. They also weren’t truthful about how my birth would go in the hospital and the producers. Overall terrible experience."
