"Go to Billy Elliot. Where your kids can get bullied and physically hit on the bus every day. Their hats will be stolen. But do not worry, the Principle will "see what he can do" after He "reviews the information" and your kids can continue to ride the bus with the bullies who have accosted them. The school has 2 busses and they can't figure out which bus this is. Thank you Fort Worth ISD, I feel safer al ready. I would give the school negative stars if I could, but that is not an option. This can't get better. The principal has 0 concern for student, 2 months later, he still has figured out which 1 of his 2 buses has an issue, perhaps his phone doesn't work. But he was more worried about the volume of my voice, he calls the police, even when I drop of children at the school so they do not get beat up on the bus. Avoid this school and this Principal / Administration staff at all costs. Unless you want your kids beat up Update 2-1-2018 Since the Principal of this place has used the police to remove me from his school, apparently sitting in a chair in his school not saying a word to him is bothersome AND the police responded to his disturbance call (I would think this is a false report, catch a clue FWPD) 1. My 2nd grader can now fight on the bus, the joy she gets to defend herself, thank you 2. She can swear like a sailor. 3. She now knows she is not black. Thanks a ton to this Principal! And FWISD themselves 0 returned calls and I leave my number for these people every time. You send your kids here, well don't be surprised they know way more about the world than needs to. I can't believe this dude has a job. Sorry I hurt your feelings, I will try to be quieter around you while my child gets beat up under your watch.I will try to not make as much noise while my child gets the education you. provide."
"I studied there from 2001-2002 and I still remember some memories from 16 years ago. I couldn't even speak English properly at that time. I am well educated now and I loved all the teachers back then. I also had made a lot of friends back then. Wish i remembered them so I could see how they are doing now. This school taught me a lot of values."
"Do not let your kids attend here. It was 59 degrees outside and no one would open the doors for the kids (all under the age of 10) into the school at 7:15am. They were there to eat breakfast. There was even a woman who had a pass that walked to the door and still would not let those babies inside. No one answered the phones. Disgusting!"
"This school has no concern about the students safety on how to get them safely back home. My child was not on the right bus on her first day of school on her way back home. The teacher didn't bother to call or ask questions on my child's whereabouts. Not to mention that she's only 5 years old and in kindergarten. Then we left a note with the teacher that my child will be going to another bus that takes her to daycare and the teacher puts her on the old bus that takes her home, where my child as a 5 year old walked to my apt. Office and ask to call her mommy or daddy by herself . These teachers or teacher have no patience at all and can't even control her kids."
"I went here as a kid and I'm now 27. The student racial population has changed dramatically since I attended, but it's not a bad thing. The teachers were always really involved and engaging the students. I even see my old 4th grade teacher Mrs. Davis walking students out after school sometimes. I used to live across the street and any time I come visit my parents house I can hear the school speakers. The principle always sounds incredibly invested in her job title and what she offers the school. She really does sound like she cares. They redid the playground a few years back, ripping out the older playground and adding a more modern/safe one."
