Dome Planetarium

"Wonderful planetarium--larger than most I've been too, and seems to have updated tech such that I feel this is competitive with those Omni screen experiences. We saw a short 25 minute video on total eclipses which highlighted the coming 4/8/24 total eclipse that will waft through southern Illinois--moved me to go out and buy eclipse glasses and plan a trip down south come that day. Would love to visit the planetarium again and see what other shows they have for the community. A must see in Peoria."

"Was a good experience. We did the live show. I think I like the food recorded shows better if I had to choose. Students are free! That was nice. The art exhibits were cool as we waited."

"Multiple different shows during the day. There was a long line and room was packed once we got in but we came in last. 30 min per show and it was totally worth it. It is free so nice to check out once you are in the museum. Definitely recommend."

"A small museum but it's full f surprises and cool events, the Dime planetarium was definitely an exciting experience, you can watch their documentary on 180° spherical screen. The Art gallery was also fantastic and got many interesting paintings and sculptures, it's worth the entry fee and we were very pleased with the experience."
