"Raseberry balsamic vinaigrette is excellent in salad with the Blood Orange EVOO, so is Blueberry. Also like Key Lime and Pina Colada white balsamic for our fizzy water The source website says No added sugar, no thickeners, no artifical caramel color or flavoring is ever added, ever!! Also says made in Modena Italy. Idk though it is sweet so seems like sugar would be added, they must use something else to sweeten it."

"Great selection of infused oils, unique Balsamic vinegars, gadgets and gifts. I've been enjoying their products for many years after an initial purchase a local farmers market. I like that they have a choice of sized bottles. I usually purchase the 750ml bottles and use the pouring tops they carry. My favorites are Neopolitan and strawberry peach Balsamic vinegars, butter, garlic basil and Chipotle infused oils. I keep about a dozen on the countertop lazy Susan, which keeps them at my fingertips."

"My wife and I live locally. Decided to stop by and discovered a hidden gem of Yorkville. There are many types and blends of olive oil for anything you can cook. They sell hand made soap, and spices. They also have a small chocolate shop."

"I went here with a friend and was amazed at all the gourmet oils they have. I never knew the difference and was shocked to see the difference in a good quality oil. I bought some seasonings for dipping and they are awesome. I will definitely be back and wanted to spread the word because I don't think I would have just went to a place like this before. I would have been intimidated, but it's a fun change and you get to learn a little about the products while you're there."
