"The deli was awful. There was a person behind the counter whom rolled her eyes at me and gave me the meanest look like how dare me stand at the counter wanting chicken. Then she turned around and rudely told us if we didn’t want to wait to look on the table for chicken rolled her eyes again and turned her back to us. By far the worst service I have ever received at this jewels. I am never returning here. The worker looked Hispanic and was short. Horrible attitude and service!!!"

"Horrible check out experience. I usually wouldn’t write a review. Especially for a grocery store, but employee “Payton” was so rude the worst customer service I’ve ever gotten. My boyfriend did go to the express lane with probably slightly more items we should’ve had so maybe that upset her. But neither of us had interacted with the employee Payton yet and I simply had asked my daughter to sit down in the cart and payton looked and me and told me I should keep her at home because kids don’t belongs in stores since they don’t listen and grab everything. I gave her a confused look because that was extremely rude but didn’t say anything and continued on, then she bagged the eggs and I said ‘are those the eggs can I grab them’ and reached for them because I wanted to make sure they didn’t break she pulled them away and rudely told me ‘no, this is why we have a bagger’ and that point I was frustrated and told her ‘I had asked for the eggs to make sure they don’t break, if a customer asks to hold one bag of eggs I don’t see the issue’ she then looked at the bagged and told him she would only hand the bags to him.. Like honest in disgust of the level of customer service and distrust to my child as well? Unacceptable."

"Store well staffed so only 1 person in front of us at checkout which was great. However, apparently, cashiers are timed. So our cashier was practically throwing stuff toward the end of the counter once scanned. Raspberry carton popped open. The bagger threw items around. Not a pleasant experience. Also had the usual trouble getting the digital coupons working. Store well stocked. Appreciate the prices. Front end and phone app could use some work, though."

"The staff is far from polite. I’ve had two bad experiences with a cashier named Peyton there. She always seems to have an attitude. I was there today and she didn’t greet us once. Instead she was talking with another employee by the bench about how her boyfriend didn’t text her back all day. When I let her know I needed cash back, she was far from helpful. Her and I went back and forth and she just rolled her eyes like it was my fault. I ended up having to go to my bank for cash. I will be looking to shop elsewhere because of employees like her."
