"This location has slowly gone downhill over the past year. I used to drive a little further for myself and my 2 kids to get our hair cut here but now it feels very impersonal and rushed. Sports clips has always been a little expensive but that was ok for a premium service. Now its a premium price for a sub par service. I hope they can improve again but they seem to push out the good stylist. I would avoid this location and just go to a local non chain barbershop."

"Very disappointed with the service at this location! They treat you like cattle, just shuffling you in and out. I asked the stylist if she could slow down and take her time, she told me she can't because they are timed! This never happened when Brittany still worked there. Always took time to make sure my cut was right! It's too bad she left."

"If I could give zero stars I would. Did a terrible haircut on my four year old son. Asked if they could blend his hair better. Stylist got angry with me. I asked if the manager could finish the haircut. Manager proceeded to run her mouth to me while I was sitting in the lobby. I wasn't gonna put up with that, told her she wasn't my wife or mother and that she couldn't tell me to shut my mouth. The manager then stopped the haircut kicked my four-year-old son out of the chair and I was told to leave before they call 911. Now mind you. I never yelled or threatened anybody and was being treated in this manner. I did however go down the street to great clips and had my sons hair fixed. HIGHLY Reccomend!"
