"There’s 3-4 hour wait with an appt. The girl who first sees you is very rude waving her long nails at you while she talks with her mouth full cuz she was eating a taco. I called my insurance to see if I can get another provider and they did. So I got up and said I’m going to see another provider, I really don’t have 4 hours to spend here every appt. So I get another provider and they reject me because they are within the same building as this Dr. Pagan. My thing is why are you blocking and preventing patients to see other specialist only because you’re not organized enough to have a normal waiting time. Seems to me that the clinic is just over booking people. I would’ve expected a call or an email instead they decide to retaliate for leaving the clinic. 3-4 hour wait period with an appointment seems ridiculous."

"Doctor Ana Pagan is an excellent doctor but the staff not so great. I waited 3 hours in the lobby to get seen just for results. Honestly the scheduling team needs to work better on setting up appointments therefore there’s no need for that insane amount of waiting time."

"Extremely disappointed with the service provided by the incompetent staff at this clinic. Takes over a month to schedule an appt if you're a new patient and when they give you an appt time/date it's useless because your visit can take up to 3 hrs. They have no structure of running a clinic efficiently. Also, I had requested Ana Maria Pagan and when I went to my appt I was informed that she was not going to be in office for the month of September. No one notified me about this change and only had male gynos available. Their front desk staff needs to be more equipped on how to manage the patients better. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!! Do not recommend"

"Don't waste your time. She's the only listed female OBGYN in Laredo. Called multiple times trying to get through to make an appointment. They don't pick up the phone and the voicemail box is full. The one time I was able to get through, the lady who picked up was rude and promptly put me on hold for 12 minutes when I said I wanted to make an appointment. I hung up - my time is just as valuable as theirs, and I do NOT appreciate that kind of treatment. It's no wonder people in Laredo go out of town to get decent medical care. This is ridiculous."

"Had to go here due to nowhere else taking new patients and Medicaid at the time I got pregnant. Since my first visit I’ve always had to wait from 30 mins to more than an hour after my appointment time was originally scheduled. Front desk service also does not seem to know what they’re doing, I had asked once if I was scheduled for a lab as well as an appointment, and she had no clue. But I was and due to her not knowing and just making me wait, I had to reschedule my lab for another day when I could’ve done while they made me wait for a whole hour for my OB appointment. I also wanted Dr. Ana as my primary doctor, I’ve only seen her on my first appointment and never seen her again. Every appointment so far has been with a different doctor every single time. So none of them really know me or my body or my baby. It’s honestly ridiculous. Do not come here if you’re expecting to connect with you doctor in order to trust them to deliver your baby."
