"Older lady had such a hard time cutting my 5 year old son’s hair. No one else from the other locations have ever had any problems, he’s pretty good at listening to the hair dressers, he shy and doesn’t like making people upset with him. She kept telling him to sit up straight when he was, he’s 5 and should have required a booster but instead she kept saying he wasn’t listening. He likes hair cuts because the suckers after, he knows what to do and I was right there to make sure he did listen. She kept saying her back was hurting from trying to cut his hair, she was rough when holding his head and had finger prints on his neck, I would have said something then and there but it wouldn’t have come out nice because my emotions at the time. Normally this is done in 15- 20 minutes but this took about 45 mins…. Normally they take the electric trimmers and buzz and then trim but she used the trimmers and mostly used scissors, I know there’s more ways to get the job done but this took longer and was very uneven. She was sort of rude, she didn’t say anything rude just her tone and demeanor. She seems annoyed mostly. In the pictures included the red marks have faded a bit because it had been about 15 mins since we left."
