"I went up in here and asked for a basic star design on my nail, nothing crazy right. she pull out the most microscopic nail sticker and put them on my nails after cutting my cuticles and applying the clear polish. My disappointment is immeasurable and i’ve seen other nail results from this place and they came out fine. They had the audacity to say 10 extra for these stars, mind you i started with a singular star on each nail and by the end of the day i had only 2 still attached to my finger.EDIT: I WENT BACK THEY DID AMAZING I TOLD THEM HOW UNSATISFIED I WAS AND THE LADY GOT ME RIGHT I LOVE THEM. the lady who did my nails put so much attention into my nails and i hadn’t even said i was unsatisfied with my last visit yet. she couldn’t understand but i made sure to tip because she did amazing"

"Awful experience. I did not know what was going on. I couldn’t understand what people were saying. I picked out a color from a wheel with no info and it ended up being no-chip - I just wanted a normal manicure. The lamp hurt. The nails were not filed evenly, the nail polish has dents in it on my nails, and the left hand is glossy and the other hand is matte... HOW IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE. Absolutely horrible."
