"Not from the area, figured give it a try. I was a 55 min wait was ok with that.. when I was called back by Allison. Showed her the pictures of me with my hair cut.. thought we were on the same page. I was wrong when trying to explain she is going to short she replied she has been doing hair for 16 years. And this is how she always done it. I understand that but listen to your client. Don’t make excuses run to the back hide. Niki came to salvage the cut. It’s just not my style. Not happy. Will not suggest Allison."

"Walked in just after 10:30 am on a Sunday morning... thought I'd finally try place out since I have a super simple cut that is 90% with a clipper. At least 2 employees there standing around not doing a thing. Chairs and waiting area 100% empty, not a single customer in the place. Was told that "there is a 2 hour wait" according to their online check-in. Will probably not be back."
