"went to get a low beam bulb and then asked to get it installed and the nice girl who went to install it was having troubles so she had another manager come and install it and when he arrived instead of greeting me he goes “what the hell are you trying to do here?” and then yells at me for having my finger on the glass of the bulb. i say “oh okay i didn’t know that” and take my finger off of the bulb and hand it to him to put in my car and while he’s putting it in he says “don’t ever put your finger on the glass of the bulb” and glares at me and say “okay” once more. Once he’s done putting the bulb in he arrogantly says “sorry for making it look so easy” and walks back in the store. I believe his name was William Brenner and until he’s fired i’m not going back to Auto Zone"

"AutoZone knocked my socks off today! The manager Terry and the staff were super helpful and knowledgeable! I went in for an accessory for my car to hold my phone while I drive... Expected 1-2 options... But AZ had a great selection at good prices. The device I bought had a special mfg warranty... And Terry/AZ put all the info right into their system for me so that it was activated immediately!...I love that. It's a small store, but this team made it a great experience!"
