"JENNY IS THE BEST!!! Everytime I get my hair done with Jenny, I go home feeling like a million bucks! Not only does she do a great job during my appointment but she has been very responsive in giving me hair tips/advice/answering my questions through instagram messaging..Which she really doesn't have to do at all! I am super thankful! I am one of those girls who is just not great at doing hair, and since I have been seeing Jenny I have made some major improvements and my hair looks and feels healthier than it has in a long time. I also had an issue with not receiving some products I ordered online through Salon 51 and they were able to get the issue sorted out right away... I don't usually spend much on hair products, so when the wrong items showed up I was super antsy about getting the issue fixed. It took 1 phone call to Salon 51 and it was taken care of! "I hadn't had my hair cut - or washed, colored, anything - in 7 years. I am sprouting gray hair, so I contact Salon 51 in desperation. First, they got me in on the same day. Second, I was greeted promptly and invited to get coffee and chocolate while I waited. Third, the ambiance was perfect...very nice decor, professionally dressed staff. Fourth, Kate was very professional, listening to all of my concerns. She created a perfect color mixture for my hair and needs. Everyone has said it looks great! The gray is gone. My hair feels better than it has in years. I asked Kate for recommendations on products I should use and she gave me a wide range...she didn't focus on one particular line, like a salesman would. The cost of coloring and shampooing was reasonable, as it took over 1 1/2 hours."
