"If I can rate -0 I would, all the testers are locked up. I have to wait FOREVER for a sales associate to open the cabinets and spray it for me like I’m 10 ?!?! The store is literally always dirty. The register lines are extremely long. Do not recommend do not recommend"

"I love ulta but I had such a bad experience at this particular location. The cashier (Itzel) was more concerned about her coworker leaving the area than actually assisting me. It felt like I was bothering her. I will not be returning to this location."

"I got my hair done with Alyssa, and I had the best service ever. She was always explaining what she was doing. She would give me advice on how to style and take care of my hair. She also recommended me some amazing products! I was very happy with the outcome of my hair it was everything I asked for. Definitely going back to the salon! The staff around were also super friendly."

Unfortunately most of what I wanted they were out of but I bought some things anyway. Mgr checked me out & offered a credit card with a huge discount. After coming to my senses post dds... canceled order except for 1 item. Their graciousness and competency deserves a10 star. Just wish I could have gotten "discontinued/out of stock" items. The downside? They're prices have gone up. Thank you Cook County!!!!! Will try Macy's & online per staff suggestions......much appreciated."
