"Got my acrylics removed and no chip overlay. Technician used dirty old buffer on my nails, did a sloppy job with the polish, over-filed my nails til they burned, and nicked my cuticle multiple times and laughed. Never again."
"Got to the salon about 40 mins before closing and the door was locked even though “open”sign was still turned on. Woman standing behind the counter looked up at me and made an “x” symbol with her hands. They need to change the hours listed on Google."
"Best nail Polish ever! This is regular nail Polish and Sunny was so patient with what we want! So so beautiful 10/10!"
"I came here one other time to get my nails done. I was the only customer and it was a decent experience. I called ahead of time today, and I was told to come in now. I arrived around 3pm. So I did. I sat in the seat to get a pedicure. It was very thorough. But then sat waiting in the pedi chair for an additional 30 minutes. I used to do nails so I always observe cleanliness. The man doing my nails didn’t change his gloves. Didn’t clean his station from the customer before me. Left nail dust/shavings on the table, did not clean the area of the station I was asked to sit in. No tools were sanitized. Not the nail clippers, cuticle cutters, used nail filers. Unacceptable. But what made me write this review was this: I’m sticking my hands in the LED drying lamp and I start smelling this pungent metallic smell and I look over and he’s dipping the brush in a container with cloudy liquid where the metal sanding tools are soaking, and he’s using it to try and clean up the nail Polish spillage on the skin around each nail…and in several places failing to do so. I smelled my nails and almost threw up. The metallic smell had transferred to my hands. I didn’t get out of this place until 7pm which is insane. I washed my hands over 7 times in the last 15 minutes and it’s not getting any better. I’m sick to my stomach over this. Please beware lack of cleanliness."
"This is not what a 65$+tip pedicure should look like less than 24 hours after it was done. There’s more gel on my skin above the nail than on the actual nail, so of course that means the air is getting in, so it’s lifting and peeling. I was a bit surprised as soon as I was told the price but I thought higher price would mean good quality, and my skin was very soft once it was done, I’ll give them that. But I made a mistake of not closely looking at it then and there, so I only noticed once I was back home. Well, surprise, it looks like something a child could do. And would still probably do a better job."
