"Kayla is very unprofessional. I had an appointment with her today. I arrived on time and texted her that I was sitting in the waiting area….crickets! I call her and she doesn’t answer her phone. I leave a voicemail and then Kayla magically appears from the back of the salon and says that I didn’t have an appointment. I pull out my phone and look at the text thread between the two of us that clearly gives me a price and a time for Today! Kayla is unprofessional and full of ish! I will never do business with her ever again!"
