"This was my 1st time at Great Clips and my last. I thought I would try this place out because its alot cheaper than the place I usually go to. But I guess you really get what you pay for. I just wanted a trim...not to difficult but now my hair is longer on the left side than the right and longer in the back. I don't know the name of the girl who cut my hair because she never introduced herself which is my bad..should have asked her name. Her english wasn't all that great but it shouldn't be that difficult to ask for a trim thats straight across all around. I could have done a better job cutting my own hair..... Now I have to go somewhere else and pay someone to get what I asked for in the 1st place!!!"
