"Never again!!! My and my daughter had an appointment was at 7am did not get seated until 8:50am my daughter got seated at 9:17am. Excuses after excuses!! My hairdo does not look nothing like what I asked for at all. 1/2 bottle of hair spray on my head, got home my husband pointed out all open gaps on the back of the “high 1/2 ponytail” horrible work. You’d think they’d take off $5 or $10 off after making you wait over 2 hrs. I had to be done my 10am got to my event super late thanks to Studio 29."
