"I walked in at 6:09pm, on a Saturday. The lady there took one look at me and said she was close. I explained that it said 7pm on the door. She rudely and offensively said, well I can close if I want to and I don't want to do your hair. I was in disbelief, because I am ethnic and have long beautiful curls. All I wanted was simple black color done. Never again.. Wow!!! Felt so discriminated.."
