"Technician who did my no-chip had dirty nails! Also cold as I tried to engage in conversation. I could barely see how my nails were being done because the plastic screen was filthy from shavings. They should be cleaned after each use. Also when I say I don’t want nails cut does not mean to file them shorter! I had to stop him from filing down! Put a fan on so we’re not gagging from the smell of food. Only good thing was new chairs"

"Worst experience ever! Very rough while doing my nails, had to tell him three times I the shape he was doing was not what I was asking for. I wanted coffin and he kept turning them into little short stiletto shaped nails. In the end they were super short with what looked like a big blob on them. He was filing down my skin to get the polish off them."

"It is ver clean and busy. I went in to get a pedicure for my granddaughter and myself. My gradughter chose to get acrylic nails. After wards. I went to sit under dryer for my toes. She had her nails done. When I went to pay, the technician had talked my granddaughter into NoChip without asking me. When I got the bill I questioned the amount. He said she wanted NoChip. Watch out. I was so annoyed. Watch what they Try to do."

"I would always come to this place. They can usually accommodate you for a last minute service! The owner is great but I had a poor experience the last time I went the man doing my pedicure always digs too deep when removing ingrown toenails. This time he hurt me while doing it asked if it hurts I reply yes and he went back to doing it. Three days later I notice my big toe is swollen red and painful from an infection. Bacterial maybe because I don’t think they sanitize the tools in between clients which is wrong. But he could have done worse by acting like a surgeon… extremely disappointed"
