"Unprofessional as soon as you enter the building . Plus they don’t even ware masks…. Make sense if you give clients the choice but all employees should have them . Regardless as a new client and 1st timer how my situation was handled and especially that a stylist would be over 15 minutes late and was not informed politely in enough time to not waste my time nor gas , nor did the staff seem to really care .. yea no thanks . I have been getting my hair done for over 20 years and am also In the field it was handled poorly and as a joke . Not even two hours later went to another amazing salon in downtown grayslake and had such a warm welcome with nothing but professional people ! Loved it ! First impressions say a lot and I will definitely not be back ."
