"This was honestly a horrible experience for me. I called and asked if they did a specific service. Acrylic overlay on the big toe. I called before hand because I know every salon does not offer this. I was told yes they do offer it. So I went ahead and booked and came in. I confirmed my appointment and asked again and was told yes for the second time. Not until after my pedicure started to someone, who I assume was the manager, come over and say no you can’t do that. We don’t do that here… Which would have been fine had I been told one of the two times I asked before. But I wasn’t. But I digress I didn’t argue just said okay. This women continued to repeat herself to me 4 more times after I had already said it’s okay as if she was trying to provoke me. Also it’s important to note the confrontational manner in which this woman came up to me was extremely uncalled for. Which then after the fact she was talking loudly and rudely complaining about it and me with multiple staff after. Which made what’s supposed to be a calming experience uncomfortable and completely not enjoyable. The pedicure already started so there was essentially no going back. Which I feel was horribly unprofessional cause now I’m stuck getting a service I don’t want. My second issue is I told them I wanted to keep my square shape and keep them long. My toe nails were cut so short that a piece of my skin was clipped. Not only that then the sides of the toe nails were clipped and rounded to make an oval shape. Complete opposite of what I wanted. Then while the person was finishing up my pedicure the same lady scolded him in front of everyone about how long he took on my pedicure and that he shouldn’t have taken that long. I was embarrassed, uncomfortable, unhappy with my “service”, and felt like I was being mocked and belittled by a mean girl. And I was also the only black customer. Which if you look through the reviews seems to be a common occurrence. All in all I would not recommend coming to this salon due to their lack of transparency as well as their inability to listen to their costumers wants and perform the service effectively."

"I made an appointment the night before for a Thursday morning. A co-worker recommended this place. Super cozy nail salon. Super clean and decorations are super cute. Pedicure was great. The nail technician didn’t rush at all and did a great job with French pedicure. I left after I let my nails dry for at least 15 minutes but then when I was getting into my car, I hit my foot against the door and smudged two of my toes. I went back and another nail technician fixed them and was super nice. I was happy with this first time experience and will be returning."
