"I just had my second appointment today with Ty 2/13/24 for a classic pedicure. Thought I’d give this place another shot since the first time wasn’t terrible. Only reason I came here is because it’s right by my workplace and is $10 cheaper than the salon I always go to. Shouldn’t have gone back this time, Ty does not know how to even do the basic of cutting toenails properly. He cut my big toenails down to the base of the skin, and my other small toenails are crooked. He barely even gave a massage when exfoliating and also when he applied the lotion. They also don’t change their towels after cutting your nails and cuticles, so your “clean feet” step right back onto that same towel which isn’t sanitary. He also didn’t speak English, and when I asked him for something - staff translated for him (not sure what they even told him) he still didn’t seem to understand nor really appeared to care. Wish I could get a refund on my service, but I’m pretty sure they wouldn’t even offer that, they’d probably just think I was being rude. Not coming back here again. It’s better to go pay the extra $10 because you get what you pay for; that $10 buys much better customer service."

"Based on the reviews, I was so excited to get my nails done at this location. I had my NO CHIP manicure done just prior to Thanksgiving. My No Chip nails ended up being ruined after just 4 days of wearing gloves. I went for another appointment. I stopped wearing gloves regardless of the cold weather, and five days later, five of my nails were damaged, with polish coming off at the hand wash or when tightening my laces. Super disappointed! I will not return to this location. I prefer a job well done to friendly personnel at the expense of a poor job performed."

"First time at NAS and I was nervous not knowing what I was getting myself into. I have not had nail extensions in years so I was counting on my girl ALYSSA they paired me with. Where do I begin. She was so lovely, sweet, patient, and perfect! I brought her a picture of what I wanted and she did exactly that. She decided to go with extension dip nails, more of a natural look is what I wanted. She did an amazing job! I look forward to going back every month."
