"Lisa is a good stylist but unfortunately doesn’t communicate advice well. I felt I couldn’t get constructive guidance for my hair. Michael allowed 3 hours for my highlights and cut, but I got reprimanded by Lisa for “rushing” her. I never pressed her to expedite. She also said “ there’s only so much I can do”…. Implying there was no hope for my hair. When I found this salon, I initially loved Lisa and I still respect her work, but I was very disappointed in the communication in my last visit."
