"Lisa did a great job on my haircut and took her time to make sure everything was perfect. Got in at 9 and out by 9:25 with a haircut and shampoo. I would highly recommend her as your stylist."

"I don’t see why everyone is always so offended about this place on these reviews. Staff have always been very friendly and try their best to give me the haircut I want. Obviously I’m not specific enough ever but they at least do what they can. My only downside is the price I can’t always afford it so that’s why I’d prefer my girlfriend cut my hair other than that I’d say it’s a pretty good place."

"Took my son there yesterday for first time at great clips, never again. Lady was super cold and gave dirty look, maybe because I was wearing "We the People" shirt but I don't know. Anyways my son looked like he is in pain so I asked him and he was quiet, lady didn't care. He gets off the chair looking like a dumb and dumer and hair all over his face and foread. So I said his front is way to long and if she can clean him up, she cut his front so short he looks even worse......I feel bad for him because we just moved here and he is starting new school soon looking like this."

"I did online check-in for my 3 kids who are 15, 7, and 4. We get there and two people were still getting their haircuts, one a baby. When we were up Anita was telling Nicole that they couldn't do anymore haircuts. Nicole told her well its my fault I didn't check the third one in mind you all 3 of my kids were on the check-in screen. Anita had a attitude about that. Anita cut my eldest hair and he was telling her what he wanted and he wanted the back shaved long everywhere else. The whole time she had an attitude. My son comes up to me when she finished and says he wanted it shaved and Anita overheard and goes well we are closed. Well you didn't cut his hair how he wanted it Anita so you should rectify the situation and drop your attitude. We checked in right and had enough time when we checked in for 3 haircuts. We checked in at 2:45 and they closed at 4. He still has long hairs in the back that she missed. Then she charged me for a adult for my 7 year old. I didn't notice till we left. On top of that my 3rd child didn't get his haircut at all and it was their fault. Im not happy. If your kids are big for their age make sure they're charging you appropriately. Stand by them too to make sure they're getting the haircut they want. Very unprofessional to say what she did when she messed up his hair and her rushing caused him to have several long hairs missed. Always recheck your work and make sure your customers are happy. Drop the attitude that was directed at a kid."
