"Loved my hairdresser until I called to say toner covered the color I had done 4 weeks earlier. The manager took exception to my feedback, left a VM saying she n hairdresser were "uncomfortable" & I should see another colorist! Snowflake, that's feedback not a complaint. This is why the conversation should be between client & hairdresser Ms. Manager. And yes, I did end the conversation abruptly bc you were not listening to me. "I’v been meaning to leave a review for awhile now. I get my high light low light done every 1.5 months with Alexis. Who does phenomenal!! There are two young ladies up front every Thursday night. Their names are Madison and Stephanie. They always have such an amazing smile on their faces and are extremely welcoming. Those two young individuals and Alexis are the reason I come back so often. My last 2 visits I did not see Madison nor Stephanie. Alexis is still amazing but the front ladies are not as friendly now especially the one with dark black/ purple / red hair. The salon is always clean and has a good atmosphere on the other hand."
