"I want to start off this review with mentioning The actual woman who does my hair does a flawless job, and sadly recently started working at this establishment. I have gotten my hair done Four times in this salon. Every single time I have been in the salon I have heard the other hairdresser (Alexandra) over sharing And talking about people very negatively Including her boss and clients. This really just rubbed me the wrong way and I felt uncomfortable coming every time having the same experience. My last straw was when I had booked a hair appointment and was late The woman who does my hair had a gap and I just had to wait an extra 20 minutes I went to use the upstairs bathroom because Last time I used the bathroom in the salon I found It to be very disgusting and not sanitary, along with all of the mold across the ceiling and walls of this building. To my surprise, my car was being towed during this. I was being harassed and screamed at by Apparently the owner of the salon. A police report was filed, Unfortunately, for the landlord, I will be having to take further action because my car Came back from the towing place with multiple damages. I found out I am not the only person she has unlawfully towed, and that she does this often. Even though the sign in her parking lot states that if you were a client at Lola salon You can park there. I would not recommend this salon to anyone, unless you want your hairdresser talking bad about you and your looks or if u want to go pickup your car from the towing yard in Joliet. If anyone is interested in a good salon recommendation there is a list of places I would go before coming somewhere with such low quality people and low quality work establishments. If I’m being honest, I’m not sure how the salon is still open they rarely get more than two clients a day If they can even get that many a day. Really says a lot about a business."
